Bleach baths actually have been used by the Dermatologists for a long time. Bleach, when applied in a very, very small concentration, is indeed effective agianst the skin infections. This new research suggests that bleach has other uses in skin diseases, but we should not jump to conslusions. Remember, there are different types of bleach that consist of different chemical elements; some of them contain hidrodioxide, for example.
Bleach baths, even in the smallest concentration are extremely toxic for children and teenagers and is capable of causing a serious eczema. So, please, do not use it without asking the Dermatologist first!
